The Sleep Lab at Inova ALFA Neurology participates in a large number of insurance programs.

We accept cash, check or Visa and MasterCard as payment methods.

Referrals and preauthorization

Please provide patients you refer to our lab with the necessary referrals needed for their insurance carrier. The Sleep Lab staff will assist the patient in obtaining any necessary preauthorization.
