TheSleepLab participates in a large number of insurance programs.

We accept cash, check or Visa and MasterCard as payment methods.

Referrals and preauthorization

Please provide patients you refer to our lab with the necessary referrals needed for their insurance carrier. TheSleepLab staff will assist the patient in obtaining any necessary preauthorization.

As participation in programs changes from time to time, it is recommended that your patient confirm our participation in their insurance plan with our office's billing department by calling (703) 845-1599 at the time they schedule their appointment.
